ASCOVIME’s mobile health mission initially comprised of medical consultations and surgeries, but has since expanded to include additional medical and educational support services to include:  pharmaceutical, dental, optical services, educational learning materials for teachers and students, hygiene campaigns, clothing and shoes, systematic deworming, and more recently the establishment of birth certificates required for children wanting to take their primary school leaving exams.

ASCOVIME mobile clinic missions abide by the government’s national health policy and each mission receives prior approval by authority of the chiefs of the health district in the chosen village.
